For a long time the Government Digital Service used to say that Safran Morpho/SecureIdentity in particular are unlikely to be able to verify your identity even if you are one of the easy cases, over the age of 20, more than 12 months in the UK, passport, driving licence and a mobile phone onto which you can download apps (viruses). An odd thing for them to say. Lately, that's stopped.
